This is how it works:

- Each community/business partner pitches their challenge to the students
- Students ask questions and seek clarification
- Students rank the challenges from most desirable to least desirable
- Faculty works with students to build teams (10-25) for each challenge
- Students accept their challenge
- Students build a map of objectives to be met within the quarter
- Community/business partners are given a list of students accepting their challenge
- Students, faculty, and community/business partners work together to complete challenges
- Students present their findings to a juried panel of faculty, community, and business partners
